Project Description
Reyes Construction’s work consisted of relocating 5 million cubic yards of Pier 400 Surcharge material; removal of unsuitable material below final grade and replacing with compacted suitable material; construction of temporary storm drainage system; dewatering and diversion and control of water; construction of miles of crushed aggregate base (CAB) access road; and construction of Least Tern Bird Sanctuary.
