Project Description
Reyes Construction repaired the damaged portions of the Ventura Harbor breakwater caused by storm-generated flowing currents and high waves.  The project included the removal and resetting of existing capstone on the north and south sides, seaward side (head) and the crest of the breakwater.  The project required that 6,000 tons of stone be loaded on floating barges located in the Pebbly Beach Quarry near Avalon on Santa Catalina Island.
