Project Description
Reyes Construction is providing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to construction a new two-story pre-engineered office building and provide a new water filtration pump house building at the VTS, Yerba Buena, Treasure Island, San Francisco, CA.  Construction tasks include, but are not limited to: installation of a reinforced concrete raised slab with beams on foundation piers; excavation and backfill; a pre-engineered building with a structural shell/framing, exterior and interior finishes, paving, walkways and stairs, electrical/telecommunications system, mechanical HVAC and plumbing; existing utility tie-ins; provide complete telecommunications and pathway systems with conduit, wiring, outlets, etc.; and demolish the existing pump house and replace it with a new larger pump house with a water filtration shed.
