Project Description
Reyes Construction built 24 spur dikes, 12 on each side of the stream, within a 4,500-foot length portion of Santa Paula Creek.  RCI also placed 35,000 tons of rock; excavated 90,000 CY of material; placed 90,000 CY of fill; and built compacted fill slopes.

RCI was nominated as a Semi-Finalist for the Associated General Contractor (AGC) of California's 2007 Contractor award for Excellence in Project Management on a Project under $5,000,000.
