On December 17, 2008, Reyes Construction, Inc. received the Public Works Department Ventura County Safety through Awards and Recognition (STAR) program award for our outstanding performance during the execution of the Design/Build Repair Waterline Distribution System, Point Mugu, NBVC, CA.

P.E. Hanlon (Department of the Navy) stated, "As we strive to deliver a quality product, on-time and within budget, we must not lose sight of safety as our number one priority. [Reyes Construction] has shown that commitment and has met the high standards of the NAVFAC Southwest and PWD Ventura County.

Our success on this contract, as well as dozens of others, has led to another of Reyes Construction's proud achievements - a .77 EMR rate for the year 2009 - a rate that is well below the industry standard.
