On November 19, 2008, RCI was notified by the U.S. Navy NAVFACENGCOM Southwest Division that we had been selected as one (1) of five (5) contractors eligible to perform work on the $250,000,000 Indefinite Delievery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) MACC for Airfield Paving and Heavy Duty Paving for Military Operation Vehicles at Various Locations within the NAVFAC Southwest Area of Representation, including but not limited to: Arizona, California, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah and Colorado.  This contract is for a base of one (1) year, with four (4) additional one (1) year option periods, for a total of five (5) years.  Task orders issued under this contract will range from $500,000 to $20,000,000.

RCI will join forces with Willdan and HNTB, working together these two (2) firms will provide the design, engineering and architectural support for this contract.
