August 2009, Reyes Construction, Inc. was notified that by the U.S. Navy NAVFACENGCOM Southwest Division that we had been selected as one awarded as on(1) of  eight (8) MACC contractors eligible to perform under the Department of the Navy (IDIQ) Unrestricted Multiple Award Construction Contract for Heavy Horizontal and Civil Engineering Construction at Various Locations within the NAVFAC Southwest Area of Responsibility including but not limited to California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Colorado and New Mexico.

The contract base period is one year with an option to extend the term of the contract for a term of one (1) to forty-eight (48) months.  Maximum dollar amount for all contracts combined is $500,000,000. Task Order range is $500,000 to $30,000,000.
